Working Principle
Uncoiling: The metal coil is placed on the uncoiling machine, which unwinds the coil smoothly to provide continuous metal materials for subsequent processing.
Leveling: The unrolled metal material enters the leveling machine, which applies pressure and correction to the material to eliminate the unevenness of the material surface caused by coil curling or other reasons, ensuring the accuracy of subsequent processing.
Feeding: The leveled material is fed into the cold bending forming unit at the set speed and length under the precise control of the servo feeding system. The servo feeding system can accurately control the feed amount of the material according to production requirements to ensure the accuracy of the forming size.
Cold bending forming: The cold bending mold in the cold bending forming unit applies continuous pressure to the fed metal material, so that the material is gradually bent into a specific shape, such as common C-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, etc. The design and manufacturing accuracy of the cold bending mold directly affects the quality and accuracy of the formed photovoltaic bracket profile.
Cutting: After the material is cold bent into the required shape, the servo tracking cutting device will accurately cut the formed profile according to the preset size to complete a production cycle. The cut profile is the photovoltaic bracket component that meets the requirements.
