Main structure
1.Unloading rack: It is used to place the metal sheet coils to be processed. It usually has an adjustable support structure to accommodate coils of different widths and weights, and can achieve smooth unloading through a rotating axis.
2.Feed guide device: guides the plate to enter accurately between the rollers, ensures the position accuracy of the plate during the rolling process, and prevents deviation. It is generally composed of adjustable guide wheels or guide plates.
3.Roller forming system: It is the core component of the tile press, consisting of multiple sets of rollers, each set of rollers has a specific shape and size, and is designed and processed according to the forming requirements of 430 mother-of-pearl plates.
4.Transmission system: including motors, reducers, couplings, drive shafts and other components, which provide power for the rotation of the rollers and ensure that the speed and transmission ratio between the rollers are accurately matched to ensure the rolling quality and speed of the plate.
5.Cutting device: used to cut the rolled mother-of-pearl sheet into the set length. Common cutting methods include flying saw cutting and plasma cutting. Flying saw cutting has fast cutting speed and high precision, and is suitable for ordinary metal sheets; plasma cutting is more suitable for cutting thicker or harder sheets.
6.Control system: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is generally used for control, which can realize automatic control of the overall operation of the tile press, including the setting and adjustment of parameters such as the feeding speed of the plate, the rotation speed of the roller, and the cutting length.
