About this product
1.This is the core structure of the 1100 type tile press. It consists of multiple sets of corresponding rollers, which are made of high-quality alloy steel through a special heat treatment process, with high hardness and strong wear resistance. The contour of the roller is precisely processed according to the design shape of the 1100 type tile. 2.Transmission system: includes motor, reducer, chain or gear transmission device, etc.
3.Hydraulic system (if any): Some 1100 type tile presses are equipped with hydraulic system, which mainly consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, etc.
4.Shearing device: Installed behind the forming roller set, used to cut the pressed tiles into the set length.
