Working principle
Galvanized steel sheets and other raw materials are unfolded by the unloading machine, and then the steel sheets are transported to the forming machine by the feeding platform. Multiple groups of rollers in the forming machine continuously roll and cold-bend the steel sheets according to specific shapes and sizes, so that their cross-sections form V-shaped, U-shaped, trapezoidal or similar waveforms. During the forming process, holes can be punched by the punching device as needed, and finally the forming and cutting device cuts the formed floor decking according to the set length to obtain floor decking products that meet the requirements.
Equipment composition
Unloading machine: used to place and unfold raw materials such as rolled galvanized steel plates to provide continuous plate supply for subsequent processing.
Feeding introduction platform: guides the steel plate to enter the forming main machine smoothly, ensures the accurate position of the steel plate during the conveying process, and provides stable feeding for the forming main machine.
Forming main machine: It is the core part of the equipment, composed of multiple groups of rollers. Through the rotation and extrusion of the rollers, the steel plate is gradually processed into the required floor deck shape.
Punching device: According to the design requirements, various hole types are punched out on the floor deck, such as holes for installation and fixing, ventilation holes, etc.
Forming and cutting device: Use hydraulic shearing and other methods to accurately cut the formed floor deck according to the set length to ensure the length accuracy of the floor deck.
Hydraulic station: Provides power for the hydraulic system of the equipment, drives the operation of hydraulic shearing, punching and other devices, and ensures that all actions of the equipment can be completed stably and accurately.
Computer control cabinet: PLC computer control system is used to automatically control the overall operation of the equipment. Operators can set various parameters through the control cabinet, such as forming speed, cutting length, punching position, etc., to achieve precise control of the floor decking production process.
