Product Description

The light steel keel forming machine uses steel as raw material and is formed by continuous cold rolling. It produces complex cross-sectional profiles (including light steel keels, painted keels, various building profiles, steel structures, high-speed guardrails, etc.) and can design and manufacture different specifications of cold bending according to customer requirements. The light steel keel machine is controlled by PLC and mainly consists of a feeding machine guide frame, a forming host, a guide frame, a forming host, a calibration device, a cutting part, a material receiving machine, and an electrical control part.
