Working Principle
Material conveying: The tiles or color steel plates produced by the tile press are conveyed to the working area of the palletizer through a conveyor.
Positioning and grabbing: The palletizer locates the conveyed materials through sensors or visual systems, determines their position and posture, and then uses gripping devices such as robotic arms, suction cups or clamps to accurately grab the materials.
Stacking: The gripping device stacks the materials layer by layer on the pallet or designated position according to the preset stacking method and number of layers to form a neat stack shape.
Pallet replacement and transportation: When the materials on a pallet are stacked, the palletizer automatically replaces the new pallet and transports the stacked pallet to the designated location for subsequent transportation and storage.
Structural composition
Conveying system: including conveyor belts, rollers, chains, etc., used to smoothly convey the products produced by the tile press to the stacking position.
Grabbing device: Common types include mechanical arm type, suction cup type, clamping claw type, etc. The mechanical arm grabbing device is highly flexible and can adapt to materials of various shapes and sizes; the suction cup grabbing device is suitable for tiles or color steel plates with flat surfaces, and is grasped by vacuum adsorption; the clamping claw grabbing device grasps the material by clamping the mechanical claw.
Positioning and detection system: composed of sensors, cameras, laser rangefinders, etc., which can accurately detect the position, size, shape and other information of the material to ensure the accuracy of grasping and stacking.
Control system: generally controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller) combined with touch screen or industrial computer. The operator can set parameters such as stacking mode, number of layers, speed, etc. through the touch screen or industrial computer to realize intelligent operation and management of the palletizer.
Pallet supply and storage system: including pallet warehouse, pallet conveyor, etc., used to store and supply pallets required for palletizing, and transport pallets with stacked materials.
Frame and support structure: used to support and fix various components of the palletizer to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment during operation.
