Unloading device
Unloading rack: used to place the coiled steel plate to be processed. There are various types such as horizontal and vertical. Some of them also have a tensioning function to ensure that the steel plate remains in a tensioned state during the feeding process to prevent deviation or relaxation.
Feeding introduction platform: smoothly introduces the coiled steel plate into the first process of the forming machine, plays a transition and guiding role, and ensures that the steel plate accurately enters the forming device.
Forming device
Roller: It is the core component of the forming device, usually composed of multiple rollers, which gradually squeeze and bend the steel plate to form the shape of the C21 type tile. The material of the roller is mostly chilled cast iron, cast steel, etc., which has high hardness and wear resistance.
Drive shaft and gear box: The drive shaft connects each roller, transmits power to the roller to make it rotate, and the gear box is used to adjust the speed and torque of the roller to meet the needs of forming steel plates of different thicknesses and materials.
Cutting device
Cutting tool: Generally, a hydraulically driven cutter is used, which is sharp and durable, and can quickly and accurately cut the formed color steel tiles into the set length.
Positioning and measurement system: The length of the color steel tiles is accurately measured through pulse encoders and other equipment. When the set length is reached, the control system will send a signal to drive the cutter to perform cutting operations to ensure the accuracy of the cutting size.
Power and control system
Power system: mainly includes motor and hydraulic station. The motor provides power for the whole equipment. The motor speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter to control the production speed of the tile press. The hydraulic station provides hydraulic power for pressing and cutting, making the action more stable and powerful.
Control system: The PLC computer control system can realize the automatic control of the tile press. The operator can set parameters through the text screen or touch screen, such as the number of sheets, length, pressing distance, cutting time, etc.
