Main structure
1.Frame: Usually welded with channel steel, H steel, etc., such as 300 channel steel or 300H steel. It is the main support of the equipment, bearing the weight of the entire equipment and the pressure during operation, ensuring the stability of the equipment during operation.
2.Roller device: It is composed of multiple rollers, and the upper and lower layers correspond to different tile types. For example, the upper 9 rows are used to produce 900 color steel tiles, and the lower 11 rows are used to produce 840 color steel tiles. Rollers are generally made of 45# steel after hard chrome plating, with high surface hardness and good wear resistance, which can ensure that the surface of the color steel plate is smooth and scratch-free during the rolling process, and can make the tile size more accurate.
3.Sprocket chain drive: The upper shaft and each roller are driven by a sprocket chain to ensure the synchronous rotation of each roller, so that the color steel plate can be evenly stressed during the rolling process, ensuring the consistency and stability of the tile shape. The sprocket chain specifications are generally 1 inch, 0.6 inch, etc.
4.PLC industrial computer control system: It is the control core of the equipment and uses a programmable logic controller to achieve automatic control of the equipment.
5.Hydraulic pump station: It is composed of motor, gear pump, oil tank, oil filter, safety valve, etc. It is the power source of the hydraulic system and provides hydraulic power for the shearing, pressing and other actions of the equipment. The motor drives the gear pump to pump out the hydraulic oil in the oil tank and transport it to various hydraulic actuators through the oil pipe to realize various actions of the equipment.
6.Feeding platform: guides the color steel plate to enter the forming machine smoothly, ensures the stability and accuracy of the color steel plate during the feeding process, and prevents the color steel plate from running off or jamming
