Main structure
1.The whole machine frame: It is usually welded by I-beams and other steel sections. It is the basic supporting structure of the tile press. For example, the 890 type tile press equipment frame may be welded with 250# I-beams, which can ensure the overall stability and strength of the equipment, bear the weight of other components and withstand various forces during operation.
2.Hydraulic cylinder: including profiling hydraulic cylinder and shearing hydraulic cylinder. The profiling hydraulic cylinder drives the profiling die to move up and down to perform profiling operations on the sheet; the shearing hydraulic cylinder drives the cutter to move up and down to cut the profiling colored steel tiles into the required length.
3.PLC control system: It is the control core of the tile press. It realizes automatic control of the tile press by writing programs. It can receive signals from various sensors, such as pulse encoder signals, travel switch signals, etc., and control the actions of motors, hydraulic solenoid valves and other actuators according to preset logic and parameters, so as to realize precise control of processes such as pressing and shearing.
