Working Principle
The steel strip is used as raw material, and through continuous cold rolling, the main motor, reducer, roller and other components are used to gradually roll the steel strip into the required light steel keel shape. During the rolling process, punching, embossing, cutting and other operations can also be performed as needed.
Structural composition
Unwinding device: used to place and unfold steel strip raw materials, usually with adjustable tension function to ensure the stability of the steel strip during feeding.
Guide device: guides the steel strip to accurately enter between the rollers of the forming machine to ensure the position accuracy of the steel strip during rolling.
Roller forming device: It is the core component of the light steel keel forming machine. It is composed of multiple rollers. Through the rotation and mutual cooperation of the rollers, the steel strip is gradually rolled to form a specific shape of the light steel keel.
Punching device: According to the design requirements, various specifications of holes are punched on the light steel keel, such as installation holes, ventilation holes, etc. The punching device is usually driven by hydraulic or pneumatic to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of punching.
Cutting device: Cut the rolled light steel keel according to the set length. Common cutting methods include sawing and shearing. The cutting device is generally composed of a motor, a tool and a transmission mechanism.
Control system: PLC (programmable logic controller) or other controllers are used to accurately control the various components of the forming machine to achieve automated production. The operator can set various parameters such as rolling speed, punching position, cutting length, etc. through the control panel.

Classification by keel type: there are C-type keel machines, U-type keel machines, T-type keel machines, and several types of keel machines, which can produce light steel keels of different shapes to meet the needs of different building parts such as suspended ceilings, partitions, and partitions.
Classification by degree of automation: there are manual light steel keel forming machines, semi-automatic light steel keel forming machines, and fully automatic light steel keel forming machines.
