Working Principle
Loading: The hydraulic trolley drives under the coil, lifts the coil through the lifting mechanism, and then moves along the guide rail to the position of the uncoiler spindle, so that the inner hole of the coil is aligned with the expansion and contraction reel on the spindle.
Tightening: Start the hydraulic system of the expansion and contraction reel to expand the reel, tightly support the inner hole of the coil, and fix the coil.
Uncoiling: The spindle starts to rotate under the drive of the motor or hydraulic motor, driving the coil to unfold. At the same time, the pressing device and the limit arm device work together to ensure that the coil remains stable during the uncoiling process and will not loosen or slip.
Tension control: Through the tension control system, according to the thickness, width, material and uncoiling speed of the coil, the braking force of the brake device or the driving torque of the reel is automatically adjusted to keep the coil in the appropriate tension during the uncoiling process.
