This equipment uses continuous cold roll forming technology, ensuring precise shape, smooth surface finishes, and consistent dimensions.

The machine is equipped with hardened roller forming stations, PLC automatic control, and hydraulic or servo cutting, allowing stable operation and high production efficiency. It supports a wide range of materials, including galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with customizable profile sizes based on customer drawings.
